Terms of use
Last updated 9 August 2026
These terms govern your use of overtone.studio (the “site”), operated by Overtone Studio, a trade name of Overtone Studio LLC (Phoenix, Arizona, United States). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About this site
The site describes Overtone Studio's services and includes interactive demos. Its content is provided for general information. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. The demos are illustrations of our work, not products offered for sale.
No offer or contract for services
Nothing on the site is an offer, quote, or binding agreement to provide services. Any service description or example shown is indicative only. A working relationship begins solely under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, not by visiting the site or booking a call.
Booking a call
The booking links open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, where you choose a time and enter your contact details. Booking arranges an introductory conversation and nothing more. Calendly handles your details under its own terms and privacy policy; what reaches us, and what we do with it, is described in our privacy policy. You can reschedule or cancel from the confirmation Calendly sends you, or by emailing hello@overtone.studio.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- submit false, unlawful, or someone else's personal information when booking or contacting us;
- use the site or a booking to send spam, malware, or abusive content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- scrape, copy, or republish the site's content or design for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, branding, the “Overtone” name and marks, copy, and code are owned by Overtone Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce, modify, or reuse its materials for your own commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party fonts and libraries remain under their own licenses.
Third-party links
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as our scheduling and hosting providers. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, Overtone Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or from any inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this address with the “last updated” date above. Questions? Emailhello@overtone.studio. © 2026 Overtone Studio LLC.
